These delicious dumplings are all the rage and #TMRtours has been trying some recipes of our own. This is one of our favorite bao styles we have discovered. Ingredients: 1/2 lbs. Ham 1/2 lbs. Swiss Cheese Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cups flour 1 1/4 cups water 1 tbsp of sugar 1 tbsp salt 2 tsp of yeast Mix warm water and sugar. Then add yeast. Let the yeast activate for 15 minutes. Add Salt to the 2 cups flour. Then, add yeasty water to the flour. Mix and form dough. Let rise
